TextLumi ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password, or your Google identity if you sign in with Google.

• Your text: what you submit to a tool, while it is being processed, and any document you choose to save.

• Subscription and usage records: your plan, payment status (from Stripe) and monthly usage counts.

• Basic product analytics: events such as "account created" or "tool used", never the content of your text.

How we use it

To provide the tools you ask for, run your account and subscription, enforce plan limits, keep the service secure, and send essential emails (verification, password reset, billing).

AI processing

Text you submit is sent to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude models, solely to generate your result. We do not use your content to train models, and Anthropic does not train its models on API traffic by default.

Who we share it with

• Anthropic: AI processing.

• Stripe: payments. We never see or store your card details.

• Amazon Web Services: hosting.

• MongoDB Atlas: database hosting.

• Our email provider: sending account emails.

Each processes only what it needs for its function, under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Account and subscription data while your account is active. Saved documents until you delete them or close your account. Billing records for the period UK law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact us at the address below.

Security

Passwords are hashed, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to production systems is restricted.
